STRIDE Race Guide is a race discovery platform that helps runners, triathletes, and endurance athletes find marathons, ultramarathons, trail runs, triathlons, and other running events across the United States. Our services include:
STRIDE Race Guide is an informational and discovery platform. We do not manage race registrations, collect entry fees on behalf of race organizers, or serve as a registration portal. All race registration links direct users to external, third-party websites operated by the respective race organizers.
STRIDE Race Guide does not currently require users to create an account to browse races, read editorial content, or access the core features of the site. You may interact with STRIDE through form submissions (such as the contact form, partnership inquiry form, or race listing submission form) and newsletter signups, none of which require a traditional user account.
If we introduce user accounts in the future, additional terms may apply and will be presented at the time of account creation. Those terms will be incorporated into and governed by these Terms of Service.
When you submit information through any form on our site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you submit to STRIDE Race Guide.
Race directors and event organizers may submit their events for listing on STRIDE Race Guide. By submitting a race listing, you agree to the following:
STRIDE Race Guide is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated information in race listings, including those submitted by third parties. Athletes should always verify race details directly with the event organizer before registering or traveling.
STRIDE Race Guide offers a Featured listing tier for race organizers who want enhanced visibility for their events. The Featured listing is currently priced at $99 per listing and is processed securely through Stripe.
What Featured Includes: Featured listings receive priority placement, enhanced styling, and increased visibility within search results and relevant category pages on STRIDE Race Guide. Specific features of the Featured tier may evolve over time.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of submission. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). By completing a payment, you authorize STRIDE Race Guide to charge the specified amount to your payment method via Stripe. You agree to provide valid and current payment information.
Refund Policy:
STRIDE Race Guide reserves the right to modify Featured listing pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect listings that have already been paid for.
All content on STRIDE Race Guide, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, editorial articles, page layouts, code, and the overall design and look-and-feel of the site, is the property of STRIDE Race Guide or its content creators and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The STRIDE name, STRIDE Race Guide logo, and all related branding are trademarks of STRIDE Race Guide. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from STRIDE Race Guide without our express written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a link to a specific race listing or article.

If you are a race organizer with a paid Featured listing and your access is terminated due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining Featured listing period.

STRIDE Race Guide reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the site.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of updated Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
